Vibe Mural Fest, Virginia Beach, VirginiaThis mural was created for the Vibe Mural Fest in the Vibe Creative District in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Festival consisted of 10 murals going up in 10 days as a part of the revitalization and branding project of this neighborhood. We entered to be considered and were chosen as one of the 10 muralists out of hundreds of entries.
Vibe Mural Fest, Prosperity KitchenThe Mural went up on the side of Prosperity Kitchen, a bakery and Restaurant that is owned and operated in conjunction with an organic farm. The restaurant and it’s sister restaurant, Commune, sources all the ingredients for the food from local farms. The concept for the mural is to showcase the story of the food. All of the plants in the mural are used in Prosperity Kitchen’s recipes.
